Previously only serving good coffee and pastries to residents in Seksyen 17, Petaling Jaya, Butter + Beans has now expanded its franchise business to the fortunate community in Taman OUG, KL. This mature residential district now has its second coffee shop operating in this area, besides Doors Cafe, located one row away, facing the main road.

This few row of shops has a parking space issue, but the coffee and pastries here are worth the trouble rounding the area hunting for a parking spot.

Slightly similar to the Butter + Beans main branch in Seksyen 17, interior here uses cement sits and tables with cushions and metal chairs. The shiny black tiles on the wall is the main characteristic of this branch. 

Overhead lamps here are bright enough for patrons to do some readings, especially the ones in front of the coffee counter. Accompanying me on my trip here is Dr. DLeom II, my future doctor sister who has been busy brushing up her ophthalmology skills.

Powered by La Cimbali coffee machine, Butter + Beans at OUG serves all the espresso-based coffee, with beans supplied by the same people behind Feeka, KL. If you are a tea person, there are teapigs premium tea available.

Cakes and pastries are supplied from Butter + Beans own patisserie. With a well established research and development team producing good pastries, you will know these pastries cannot go wrong. These includes mille crepes, tiramisu, Varlhona chocolate brownies, quiches, tarts, puffs, and croissants.
