Environment:
A new Taiwanese cafe is in town, located right next to Gamuda Walk, Kota Kemuning, across Caffe Bene. Named after the average water temperature best used to brew a cup of good coffee, 93°C Cafe serves caffeinated beverages and food with a touch of Taiwan.
Cafe is big enough for products' display and patrons' sitting area.
Started by the same Taiwanese owner who runs Taihoyo, distributor of Taiwanese household products in Malaysia, 93°C Cafe also distributes Taiwanese coffee-related equipments, such as KLub coffee machines and Ping Huang coffee beans (后政品皇咖啡).
Products display area. Check out the unique black rectangular lamps with coffee farms' names embedded on it.
Despite half of the cafe is used to display coffee equipment and products, there are still ample spaces for patrons to sit around and enjoy the Taiwanese coffee here. The back of the cafe have been extended, connecting to the Taihoyo retail outlet next door to make room for more sitting spaces.

Food & Beverage:
From the variety of coffee equipment you spot in this cafe, you will know that 93°C Cafe serves more than the usual espresso-based coffee, which includes ice drip, syphon, and so on. There is even a Vienna Balance Coffee Maker with gold finishing, a coffee maker that was invented back in the 1840s! :O

All coffee (espresso and hand brew) available at 93°C Cafe uses Taiwanese roasted beans, that is also available for purchase here, such as Mandheling and Blue Mountain. 93°C Cafe's specialty: Dutch Iced Coffee served with milk, sugar and ice cubes (with one heart-shaped coffee ice cube) at the side.
Latte (left), Dutch Iced Coffee (top right), Affogato (bottom right).
There are food available here too, such as pastries, waffles, desserts and sandwiches. Some light snacks to compliment your coffee.
Deluxe Waffle (bottom).

Verdict:
A good place to enjoy some Taiwanese coffee while shop for some coffee equipment and coffee beans.
