Environment:

Located at the busiest part of USJ Subang Jaya, Bedrock Restaurant Cafe starts operating mid of December in Taipan business centre. Owned by the same family who runs Nan King Coffee Shop below, Bedrock Restaurant Cafe features a classier environment with an international food menu, not forgetting the third wave coffee.

Greeting you at the entrance is the cement plus wooden panel coffee counter, with the Bedrock badge shone with blue lights.

Simplistic and comfy interior.

Inside, simple cement element and dim yellow lights with glass windows makes this cafe looks very cozy from the outside, especially at night. Dedicated balcony is available for smokers to chill outdoor, with a long table facing the Taipan highly congested main road for people who enjoy people watching.

Food & Beverage:

Food is Bedrock's emphasis, with an international menu to satisfy different patrons. Among the dishes served here are Shakshuka, Kimchi Fried Rice, and their signature dish - Salted Roast Chicken.

Towards the sweet side, there are pancakes, PB&J sandwiches, and bed puddings. These are only some of the initial menu during their launching period. Do expect more to come!

Not forgetting the coffee here, as Bedrock's Casadio coffee machine proudly stands at the coffee counter, visible from the entrance. Using Degayo beans, complimented with Australian imported Pura milk, Bedrock serves all the usual espresso-based coffee.

Verdict:

Bedrock Restaurant Cafe provides a new variety to the F&B scene in the busiest part of Taipan USJ. Also, the team who operates this place are a bunch of young entrepreneurs and food lovers. It will be interesting to see them introducing new creative dishes in times to come.
